Toad In Hole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 slice bread
    1 small egg
Preparation
    Melt butter in a small frying pan.
    Using a biscuit cutter, cut a circle from center of bread slice.
    Fry bread until brown and crisp on one side, then turn over and break egg into circle.
    Fry over low heat until done.
    Use fried bread round to dip into egg when served.
