Sliced Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, peeled
    1 tsp. salt
    2 to 3 Tbsp. melted butter
    2 to 3 Tbsp. chopped fresh herbs (parsley, chives, thyme or sage)
    2 to 3 Tbsp. dried herbs of your choice
    4 Tbsp. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cut potatoes into thin slices, but not all the way through. Place potatoes in micro-safe dish.
    Sprinkle with melted butter and chopped herbs.
    Microwave 20 to 25 minutes or bake in oven at 425\u00b0 for about 50 minutes.
    Sprinkle with cheese the last 5 minutes of cooking.
