Sausage Cheese Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 c. biscuit mix
    1 lb. sausage (mild or hot)
    10 oz. cheese (mild or sharp)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Grate cheese and sausage.
    Mix well with biscuit mix.
    Roll into golf-size balls.
    Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet for 10 to 20 minutes.
