Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cut into serving size
    salt
    pepper
    paprika
    1 bottle chili sauce
    1 bottle catsup
    2 Tbsp. Worcestershire or soy sauce
    2 Tbsp. vinegar
    brown sugar
    smoked salt
Preparation
    Cut chicken; salt and pepper and place in greased baking dish. Sprinkle paprika and cover with following sauce: catsup. Worcestershire and vinegar.
    Cover with foil; let stand, refrigerated, overnight.
    Place in slow oven (275\u00b0 to 300\u00b0) for 2 to 2 1/2 hours until tender.
    Uncover; sprinkle with brown sugar and soy sauce (smoked salt).
    Cook uncovered 10 minutes more.
