Hot Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans chunk or crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    5 Tbsp. flour
    3/4 c. Ritz crackers, crushed
    1 stick melted oleo
Preparation
    Mix flour and sugar together; pour over pineapple which has been put into a greased glass baking dish.
    Add grated cheese over top, then sprinkle cracker crumbs on top.
    Pour melted butter over all.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serve hot with ham or chicken.
