Microwave Country Chili - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can (16 oz.) stewed tomatoes
2 c. tomato juice
1 can (6 oz.) tomato paste
2 Tbsp. chili powder
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cans (16 oz.) red kidney beans
salt and pepper
Preparation

Combine beef and onions in 4 quart microproof casserole.
Cook on High for 8 to 10 minutes, or just until beef loses its pink color, stirring once.
Add remaining ingredients.
Stir to mix. Cover and cook on Low, 35 to 45 minutes, or until hot, stirring once.
Let stand, covered 5 minutes.
