Red Waldorf Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
3 oz. red food coloring
2 1/2 c. sifted cake flour
2 tsp. Nestle Quik
1 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. baking soda
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Preparation

Cream sugar, shortening and eggs together.
Add food coloring. Sift flour, cocoa and salt.
Add alternately with buttermilk. Beat.
Add vanilla.
Mix baking soda with vinegar separately (by hand).
Add to cake.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
