Oven Omelet Brunch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter or margarine
    1 1/2 doz. eggs
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
Preparation
    In oven, melt butter in baking dish (13 1/2 x 9-inch).
    Tilt dish to coat bottom with butter.
    In large mixer bowl, beat eggs, sour cream, milk and salt until blended.
    Stir in onion.
    Pour into dish.
    Bake until eggs are set but still moist (35 minutes) in 325\u00b0 oven.
    Makes 12 servings.
