Pumpkin Pudding Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 graham crackers
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    1 box sugar free instant vanilla pudding
    2 packets unflavored gelatin
    3 packets Equal
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. skim milk
    2 c. pumpkin
    1/8 tsp. cloves, nutmeg and cinnamon
Preparation
    Make crust of crackers and margarine. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until brown. Sprinkle gelatin over milk in pan.
    Heat over medium heat until just boiling and gelatin is dissolved. Combine pumpkin, spices, Equal and vanilla in medium size bowl. Stir in dry pudding. Gradually add milk.
    Stir to combine. Pour into crust. Chill. Exchanges:
    1 bread, 1/2 milk, 1/2 fat and 1/2 vegetable.
    Serving size: 1/8 pie.
