Lemon Icebox Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 egg yolks
2 oz. Minute Maid lemon juice
1 can Eagle Brand milk
vanilla wafers
4 Tbsp. butter
Preparation

Crush 10 to 15 vanilla wafers and pour over bottom of greased pie pan.
Melt butter and drizzle over wafer crumbs.
Place whole wafers around the side of the pie pan.
Beat egg yolks until light.
Add Eagle Brand milk gradually.
Add lemon juice slowly and continue to stir.
Pour filling over pie crust.
