Tater Tot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Tater Tots (onion flavored if desired)
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 lb. ground beef or ground turkey
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Mash raw ground meat into bottom of large cast-iron skillet. Cover with mushroom soup.
    Top with Tater Tots.
    Cook 30 minutes at 400\u00b0 to 425\u00b0.
    Remove and cover with cheese.
    Bake until melted.
