Spinach Madeline - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. chopped spinach
    4 Tbsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. chopped onion
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 c. spinach liquid
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    3/4 tsp. celery salt
    3/4 tsp. garlic salt
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 (6 oz.) roll jalapeno cheese
    1 tsp. Worcestershire
    red pepper to taste
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Cook spinach and save liquid.
    Melt butter; add onion and saute.
    Add flour and stir until smooth.
    Stir in vegetable liquid from spinach and milk.
    Stir constantly; cook until thick.
    Add seasonings and cheese.
    Combine with spinach.
    Place in buttered casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with seasoned bread crumbs.
