Banana Muffins(Serves 18) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. all-purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 ripe bananas, mashed
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine first 5 ingredients in a large bowl.
Make a well in center.
Combine remaining ingredients, add to dry ingredients and stir just until moistened.
Spoon batter into greased muffin tins, filling 3/4 full.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 18 minutes or until golden brown.
Yields 1 1/2 dozen.
