Soft Pretzel Sea Critters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1 c. warm water
    1 beaten egg
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 Tbsp. salt
    4 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix the yeast, sugar, salt and warm water in a bowl.
    Add half of flour; stir it in, then add the rest of the flour.
    Stir and mix it until it becomes a sticky dough.
    Sprinkle some flour on a cutting board and put the dough on it.
    Knead the dough until it is soft and smooth.
    (Add a little more flour, if necessary, to make less sticky.)
    Roll dough like a snake; shape into sea critters (octopus, sea horse).
    Brush with egg.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
