Oven-Roasted Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 medium baking potatoes, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch chunks
1/4 c. margarine, melted
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 garlic clove, minced
Preparation

Heat oven to 375\u00b0.
Place potatoes in 13 x 9-inch baking dish. In small bowl, combine all remaining ingredients.
Pour margarine mixture over potatoes.
Toss to coat evenly.
Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until crisp, lightly browned and tender, stirring twice during baking.
Makes 6 servings.
