Salisbury Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten
    2 Tbsp. hot water
    1 tsp. instant dry onions
    1 1/2 tsp. Season-All
    1/3 c. uncooked oatmeal or fine dry bread crumbs
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    1 7/8 oz. pkg. brown gravy mix
    1 c. water
    2 Tbsp. ketchup
Preparation
    Combine first 5 ingredients with hamburger.
    Mix with fork just until well blended.
    Form into 4 (1-inch) thick patties. Broil 5 inches from heat for 10 minutes on each side (for medium). In saucepan, combine gravy mix with remaining ingredients.
    Cook, stirring, until mixture comes to boil.
    Serve over meat patties. Makes 4 servings.
