Cheese Apple Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. apples
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 c. water
    1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
    1 c. sugar
    2/3 c. sifted flour
    dash of salt
    1/3 c. butter
    1/4 lb. cheese
Preparation
    Arrange
    apples in shallow, greased pan.
    Sprinkle with cinnamon.
    Add
    water
    and\tlemon juice.
    Combine sugar, flour and salt;
    work
    in butter to form a crumble mixture over the apples. Bake
    at
    350\u00b0
    until
    apples are tender and crust is brown and crisp, about 30 to 40 minutes.
