Low Calorie Jello And Fruit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (4 serving size) pkg. sugar-free Jell-O
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    2 ice cubes
    1 c. skimmed milk, with 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in boiling water.
    Mix milk and lemon juice and add to pineapple.
    Stir into Jell-O and add ice cube.
    Stir until ice cube melts.
    Pour into serving dishes and chill.
    Makes 5 servings, 40 calories per serving.
