Artichoke Bites - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 long thin loaf French Bread
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. freshly grated Parmesan cheese
    14-16 oz. marinated artichoke hearts, coarsely chopped
Preparation
    Cut French bread into 3/4 inch slices.
    Line up flat on a large cookie sheet.
    Set aside.
    Combine mayonnaise, sour cream, and Parmesan.
    Gently stir in the artichoke hearts.
    Top each bread slice with a rounded tablespoon of mixture.
    Broil 3 to 5 minutes or until top is golden.
    Serve hot.
    (You may want to cut the slices in quarters before serving for more bite-sized pieces.)
