Spaghetti And Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
1 small chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped bell pepper
1 egg
2 Tbsp. canola oil
1 can extra chunky spaghetti sauce
1/2 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. bread crumbs
Italian spices to taste
dry spaghetti
Preparation

Combine beef, onion, mushrooms, bell pepper, bread and egg. Mix well.
Add Italian spices to taste.
Shape into balls.
Heat canola oil over medium heat in frying pan.
Add meatballs to heated oil and cook until browned.
Pour spaghetti sauce over meatballs and simmer.
Cook dry spaghetti according to package directions.
Serve with hard rolls or French bread.
Serves 5.
