Baked Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. macaroni, cooked and drained
    2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1 1/2 c. grated American cheese
    1/4 c. buttered bread crumbs
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan and blend in flour.
    Add milk gradually, stirring constantly, until thickened.
    Add grated cheese and stir until cheese is melted.
    Pour all but 1/2 cup of the cheese sauce over the macaroni in a buttered baking dish.
    Top with remaining cheese sauce and sprinkle with crumbs.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until crumbs are browned.
    Serves 6.
