Chicken Milanaise - cooking recipe

8 chicken breast filets
1/2 c. flour
1 egg
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
4 Tbsp. oil
salt and pepper
Preparation

In a bowl, combine the cheese and bread crumbs.
Whisk the egg with 1 tablespoon water.
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper to taste.
Dust breasts with flour, shaking off the excess.
Dip chicken in egg and then coat with cheese and bread crumb mixture.
