Shrimp Dejonge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 sticks margarine, softened
    1 stick butter, softened
    8 to 10 bread slices, food processed to crumbs
    3 oz. milk
    1 Tbsp. flour
    pinch of salt
    1 1/2 oz. sherry
    pinch of tarragon
    4 to 5 garlic cloves or Polnar large, chopped garlic
    1 Tbsp. parsley
    3 to 5 lb. shrimp
Preparation
    Blend all ingredients, except shrimp, together.
    Peel and clean the shrimp.
    Place shrimp on bottom of pan.
    Spread butter mixture over shrimp so all shrimp are covered.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until shrimp are white all the way through.
