Chicken And Rice Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken, boiled and boned
    1 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 chicken bouillon cubes
    salt and pepper to taste
    2 c. instant rice
    1 can sliced carrots
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    2 or 3 c. water
Preparation
    Mix cream of chicken soup, bouillon cubes, water and seasoning together.
    Pour mixture over chicken, celery, carrots and onion in crock-pot, making sure all is covered in liquid.
    Cook on high for 4 hours or 8 to 10 hours on low. Add instant rice 30 minutes before serving.
