Beef Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

some red pepper
plenty of Season-All
table salt (according to personal taste or doctor's orders)
small amount lemon pepper
few splashes Worcestershire sauce
few cloves garlic, sliced
medium or large onion, sliced thick
bacon drippings or cooking oil
Preparation

The seasoning of a beef roast depends upon size of roast and personal taste.
Rub in red pepper, Season-All, salt, lemon pepper and Worcestershire sauce.
Place garlic cloves on both sides of roast; place onion on and around roast.
Let marinate overnight in airtight container.
You can marinate longer if you desire.
I take garlic off the next morning but this depends on personal choice.
