Caramel Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
6 eggs, divided (save whites for meringue)
1 stick oleo
2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
3 c. boiling water
Preparation

Combine first 6 ingredients in saucepan; set aside.
Brown 1 cup sugar in skillet.
When fully melted, add boiling water.
Cook until fully mixed.
Add sugar mixture to saucepan. Cook until thick.
Cover with meringue, if desired.
