Tortellini And Spinach Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. butter
    2 (13 3/4 oz.) cans chicken broth
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cheese tortellini
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped spinach
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes, undrained and chopped
    Parmesan cheese to taste
Preparation
    Cook and stir garlic in butter for 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add broth and tortellini; heat to a boil.
    Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes.
    Add spinach and tomatoes; simmer 5 minutes.
    Serve with cheese.
