Summer Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. ground beef
    3 Tbsp. Morton cure salt
    1 c. water
    2 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1/2 tsp. onion powder
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; roll mixture into shape of a log.
    Roll up in foil and put in the refrigerator overnight.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
