Banana Nut Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. sugar
2 sticks Parkay, softened
4 eggs (unbeaten)
3 c. flour
2 c. mashed ripe bananas
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 c. nuts
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. cocoa
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. soda
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Cream oleo and sugar well; add eggs, one at a time, beating enough to blend well.
Mix the dry ingredients together (sifted). Add these alternately with the bananas and buttermilk which have been combined.
Add vanilla last.
