Cream Cheese And Crab Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2 Tbsp. minced green onions (white part only)
1/4 to 1/3 c. sliced unblanched almonds
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 (6 oz.) pkg. frozen crab meat (reserve 2 Tbsp. liquid)
1 tsp. hot pepper sauce
crackers
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

In small mixer bowl, beat until creamy the cheese, reserved crab liquid, onion, lemon juice, salt and pepper sauce.
Stir in chopped crab meat and turn into shallow, greased 3-cup baking dish.
Sprinkle almonds on top.
Bake, uncovered, in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 20 to 30 minutes or until bubbly.
Serve hot with crackers.
