Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing cubes
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    6 eggs, well beaten
    3/4 c. melted butter
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Defrost spinach and squeeze out liquid.
    Blot on paper towel (do this early).
    Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
    Roll into bite sized balls.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 15 minutes.
    Serve hot.
    Makes about 80 spinach balls.
    All or any part may be frozen.
