Artichoke Squares(Serves 40) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 oz. jar marinated artichoke hearts
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/8 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley
    1/4 tsp. salt
    4 eggs
Preparation
    Saute onion in half of the marinade from artichokes.
    Discard remaining marinade.
    Cut up artichokes.
    Beat eggs; add crumbs and seasonings.
    Mix in all remaining ingredients.
    Pour into greased 11 x 7-inch pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Let cool a little before cutting into squares.
    Serve warm or cold.
    Can be made ahead of time.
