3 medium carrots, finely shredded (about 1 1/2 c.)
1 (8 oz.) container nonfat vanilla yogurt
1/2 c. thawed egg substitute
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. applesauce
1/3 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
