Bacon Fried Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 lb. bacon, cut in 1-inch pieces
    3 eggs
    4 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    4 c. cold cooked rice (1 c. raw)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
Preparation
    Fry bacon until crisp.
    Drain fat from pan.
    Set bacon aside. Beat eggs lightly and scramble in frypan, breaking up large pieces. Remove from pan.
    Heat oil in wok or large frypan and add cooked rice.
    Stir-fry a few minutes, then add soy sauce, salt, eggs, green onions and bacon.
    Heat through.
    Freezes well.
    Serves 4.
