Chocolate Sauerkraut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. white sugar
3/4 c. oleo
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/4 c. flour
2/3 c. sauerkraut, washed and drained, chopped fine
1/4 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1 c. lukewarm water
Preparation
-
Mix in order given except the water is poured as needed.
Pour into two well-greased layer pans.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
Frost as desired.
