Cheese Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1/2 c. milk
    1 stick butter
    2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Preparation
    Cook broccoli and drain well. Cook sauce of milk and cheese on low in double boiler or
    melt in microwave.
    Melt butter and mix well with cracker crumbs. Grease a 9 x 9-inch casserole dish. Spread broccoli in bottom and pour sauce over. Cover with crumb mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
