Roasted Potatoes With Garlic And Rosemary - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. boiling potatoes or red potatoes, peeled and cut into wedges
4 cloves garlic, peeled (left whole)
3 Tbsp. chopped fresh rosemary or 1 to 2 Tbsp. dried
salt and freshly ground pepper to taste
1/2 c. extra virgin olive oil
1 c. water
Preparation

Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
Place the potatoes in a baking dish together with the garlic and rosemary and season with salt and pepper.
Add the olive oil and mix well to coat the potatoes. Stir in the water and bake 45 minutes to 1 hour without touching or stirring the potatoes.
When they have a deep golden color, they are ready to be served.
(They may stick a little to the pan.)
