Sausage Gravy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. sausage meat
    1 can evaporated milk
    3 to 5 Tbsp. flour
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Brown sausage meat; pour off most of grease.
    Add flour to absorb remainder of grease.
    Pour in milk; add salt and pepper. Simmer.
    Water may be added if gravy becomes too thick.
