Baked Ham, Potatoes And Onions - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. slice smoked ham
6 medium size potatoes
2 large onions
1/2 c. flour
sprinkle paprika
milk
Preparation

Place the slice of ham in the roasting pan.
Peel and slice the potatoes; spread them over the ham.
Sift flour and paprika over the potatoes.
Peel and slice the onions on top of the flour mixture.
Half cover the ingredients with milk.
Cover the dish. Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour.
Uncover for the last 10 minutes of cooking time.
