Jeff'S Deer Jerky - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. deer meat, cut thin
    3/4 Tbsp. garlic powder
    4 Tbsp. hickory smoked barbecue sauce
    1/2 c. plus 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 tsp. Gravy Master
    4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except venison (deer meat) together and stir well. Place venison into mixture and let marinate for at least 6 hours. Place in dehydrator about 8 hours.
