Cold Cantaloupe Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large ripe cantaloupe
    2 1/4 c. orange juice
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. lime juice
Preparation
    Peel and chop cantaloupe coarsely.
    Puree with remaining ingredients in food processor.
    Chill until serving time.
    Garnish with mint sprigs.
    Serves 4.
