Pineapple Casserole - cooking recipe

1 large can pineapple chunks
1 small can crushed or other type pineapple
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. grated mild cheddar cheese
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
1/2 stick margarine
Preparation

Drain pineapple juice and save. Place pineapple in 9 inch dish. Mix flour and sugar with 3 tablespoons of juice and pour over the pineapple. Sprinkle cheese over pineapple. Melt margarine and mix with cracker crumbs; crumble over top for crust. Bake at 300\u00b0 for 30-45 minutes or until brown.
