Meat Loaf Manhattan - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. of leanest beef you can buy
    2 eggs
    3 cloves garlic
    1 large sweet onion
    1/2 c. whole milk
    1 (10 to 12 oz.) bottle your favorite barbecue sauce
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. cayenne pepper
    1 1/2 c. oats
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Chop onion and garlic to desired size and mix with all ingredients, except oats and barbecue sauce, with your hands.
    It is helpful if you let the meat rest from the refrigerator before you start.
    Add 1/2 sauce and oats and continue to mix well.
    Form your loaf and put the remaining sauce on top and sides.
    Bake about 40 minutes.
