Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oil
    3 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. baking powder
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. cinnamon
    2 c. flour
    2 c. grated, unpeeled raw zucchini
    2 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Beat eggs; add sugar, oil and zucchini.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add to mixture; beat well.
    Add vanilla and nuts. Pour into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0. Batter will be runny.
