Chocolate Eclair Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    large box instant French vanilla pudding
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    graham crackers
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. milk
    1/3 c. coconut
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Line 9 x 13-inch pan with graham crackers.
    Mix pudding (as directed on box.)
    Fold in Cool Whip.
    Pour 1/2 mixture over crackers.
    Place 2nd layer crackers over mix.
    Place rest of mixture over crackers.
    Place 3rd layer of crackers over mix. Cover and refrigerate.
