Swiss Shrimp Fantasies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 lb. tiny shelled cooked shrimp
1 cup real mayonnaise
4 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded (1 cup)
1/3 cup chopped green onions
1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. fresh dill or 1/2 tsp. dry dill weed
dash of cayenne
42 sliced of petit cocktail rye bread
Preparation

In medium bowl, combine shrimp and all other ingredients, except bread. (This mix can be covered and refrigerated up to 24 hours in advance). Preheat oven to 450. Top each slice of bread with about 1 Tbsp. of the mixture. Arrange a single layer on a greased baking sheet. Bake until the top is golden brown and bubbly (8-10 minutes, depends on the oven). Serve immediately!
