Party Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. dairy sour cream
2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed corn flakes
1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Slightly thaw potatoes.
Combine with 1/2 cup melted butter.
Add seasonings, onion, soup, sour cream and cheese; blend thoroughly.
Pour into a well-greased 3-quart casserole.
Combine corn flakes with remaining butter; sprinkle over potato mixture.
Bake for 45 minutes.
Yields fourteen 1/2-cup servings.
