Pineapple Salsa - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans pineapple chunks (or crushed)
3 Tbsp. red onion, finely chopped
3 Tbsp. lime juice
1/4 tsp. salt
1/3 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1 tsp. sugar
1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh mint leaves
1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh cilantro
Preparation

Combine all and refrigerate overnight.
If too sweet, add more lime juice.
If not sweet enough, add more sugar.
