Tuna Casserole(Weight Watchers Recipe) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. cooked noodles
    4 oz. tuna
    4 oz. peas
    4 oz. mushrooms
    2 tsp. onion flakes
    1/4 c. mushroom juice
    1/2 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Mix first 5 ingredients all together.
    First put margarine in a pan; let melt.
    Put 2 tablespoons flour, mushroom juice and 1/2 cup milk in; stir all up and cook until thick.
    Pour over noodles. Bake.
    Equals bread substitute, limited vegetable and fat - 1/2 milk.
