Spanish Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 loin pork chops (1-inch cut)
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 slices onion
    4 Tbsp. ketchup
    1/2 c. diluted vinegar or sweet pickle juice
Preparation
    Place chops in shallow baking pan; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
    Place slice of onion on each chop; top with ketchup.
    Pour vinegar or pickle juice around chops.
    Bake 1 hour or until tender in moderate 350\u00b0 oven.
